Mall Pop-Up Sales Team

PT Omid Health Style is looking for motivated, responsible, and target-oriented individuals to join our Mall Pop-Up Sales Team. We are looking for:

• MALL POP-UP TEAM LEADER
• MALL POP-UP SALES & OPERATIONS STAFF

1. MALL POP-UP TEAM LEADER

Responsibilities:

• Manage the pop-up project from preparation to closing.
• Coordinate with mall management and internal teams.
• Supervise and schedule Sales & Operations Staff.
• Monitor daily sales targets and team performance.
• Manage inventory, product display, sampling, and promotions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and proper booth operations.
• Monitor customer data collection.
• Prepare daily sales, inventory, and operational reports.
• Handle booth closing, inventory reconciliation, and dismantling.
• Responsible for overall sales performance and profitability.

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years experience in sales, retail, FMCG, F&B, or event operations.
• Leadership and team management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, responsible, and organized.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to work at various mall locations.

2. MALL POP-UP SALES & OPERATIONS STAFF

Responsibilities:

• Conduct direct sales and actively approach customers.
• Introduce products and conduct product sampling.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Handle product packing and customer transactions.
• Maintain booth presentation and cleanliness.
• Check and monitor product inventory.
• Collect customer information.
• Support promotions and daily booth activities.
• Assist the Team Leader with setup, operations, and closing.

Requirements:

• Min. SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Sales/retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and target-oriented.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a team.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and mall operating hours.
• Willing to work at various mall locations.
