Job description for Maintenance at PT Arisamandiri Pratama

Kualifikasi :

- SMK/D3/S1 Teknik Elektro, Elektronika, Mekatronika, Mesin, atau terkait.

- Fresh graduate dipersilakan; pengalaman maintenance manufaktur menjadi nilai tambah.

- Mampu membaca electrical drawing, wiring diagram, line diagram, serta memahami PLC/HMI dasar.

- Memahami motor, inverter/VFD, servo, actuator, sensor, pneumatik, hidrolik, dan sistem mekanik mesin.

- Mampu melakukan preventive, corrective, troubleshooting, dan improvement mesin secara sistematis.

- Mampu menggunakan alat ukur seperti multimeter, clamp meter, jangka sorong, mikrometer, dan torque wrench.

- Memahami K3, LOTO, APD, serta siap bekerja shift.

- Menguasai Microsoft Office; kemampuan PLC (Mitsubishi/Omron/Siemens) menjadi nilai tambah.

- Teliti, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.

Jobdesk :

- Melakukan pemeriksaan, pemeliharaan, dan perbaikan peralatan produksi secara berkala serta mencatat log pemeliharaan

- Cepat menanggapi troubleshooting untuk effisiensi waktu downtime

- Membantu mengembangkan perawatan mesin secara optimal serta memberikan saran
