Job description for Maintenance Technician at Beacons Pharmacetiucal industries
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Follow up on the work plan form maintenance of production machines, utility machines, laboratory equipment, buildings and infrastructure and their realization.
2. Measurement and repairs related to temperature, Rh, pressure, Air Change and particle parameters in all production rooms, AHU, lighting strength, power quality, and water system according to schedule.
3. Measurement for room qualification needs that related with parameter of temperature, Rh, pressure, air change, and particle lighting strength and Water qualification.
4. To perform job according to Work Order Letter (from the unit) or routine activity.
5. To repair if found deviation/damaged at machine, equipment and infrastructure building system.
6. Make daily report of Utility machine.
7. In performing the duties always take safety, environmental aspects and impacts at the unit of work (refer to P and IK in unit related).
QUALIFICATION :
1. Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering fields.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company as Engineering staff, Engineer, or Technician.
3. Experienced in the pharmaceutical industry (is an advantage)
4. Good knowledge of machine, utility, facility, and equipment maintenance in the pharmaceutical industry (is an advantage)
5. Can join ASAP
