Job description for Maintenance Support at Seniman Coffee Studio
Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Technical fields
Previous experience in basic maintenance, technician, electrical helper, or a related field is an advantage
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, including lighting, wiring, switches, and power outlets
Basic knowledge of air conditioning (AC) maintenance, including filter cleaning and routine upkeep
Basic knowledge of plumbing repairs, such as fixing minor leaks and faucet issues
Able to use basic maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively
Capable of performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities
Able to troubleshoot and resolve daily maintenance issues in a timely manner
Willing and able to travel between company outlets/sites as required
Able to coordinate with vendors and external contractors when necessary
Responsive, proactive, and able to work efficiently under operational demands
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Honest, disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn new skills
Physically fit and able to perform maintenance-related tasks in a dynamic work environment
