Job description for Maintenance Staff at PT CITRA MANDIRI KENCANA
About the Role
CMK Pet Food is looking for a Maintenance Staff to keep our production machines and facility running reliably. You will focus on preventive maintenance and accurate maintenance records, working closely with the Production and QA/QC teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule and checklists.
• Inspect machines and facility equipment daily and report abnormal conditions early.
• Record all maintenance activities, repairs and breakdowns accurately (checklists, logbooks, reports).
• Support basic repairs and troubleshooting under supervision.
• Keep spare parts, tools and the maintenance work area organized and clean.
• Follow safety, hygiene and company procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with Production and QA/QC on machine downtime and follow-up actions.
Requirements
• Diploma (D3) / Bachelor in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or project experience in maintenance is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems and hand tools.
• Disciplined, detail-oriented and consistent in documentation.
• Willing to work onsite at the CMK factory in Tigaraksa, Tangerang and follow factory safety rules.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) to coordinate with other departments.
• Good English skills (verbal and written) are a must.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Willing to work onsite at the CMK office in Tigaraksa, Tangerang, Monday to Saturday (half-day on Saturdays).
• Basic Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills for maintenance records.
