Job description for Maintenance Staff at BnBali Villa Management
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and plumbing systems.
- Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance workflows.
- Experienced in managing tool/material inventory.
- Capable of leading a small team and working independently.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsive in emergency situations.
- Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
Preferred (Plus Points):
- Previous experience in a villa, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Basic knowledge of swimming pool system maintenance.
- Holds electrical or safety (K3) certification considered a strong advantage.
