We are currently looking for Maintenance Spinning in one of our Factory located in Purwakarta with below detail:
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma3 or Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Textile Background
- At least 5 - 7 years of working experience as Maintenance admin staff
- Well-versed in SAP
- Required language: English
- Willing to be Placed in Purwakarta
- Can join immediately
Job Descriptions:
- Plant Maintenance
- To ensure the availability of machines andequipment to meetthe target production as per business plan in coordination with other functions.
- To ensure the quality of products through proper maintenance of
- various control systems in machines and equipment.
- Cost Control
- Ensure utilization of all resources.
- Ensure the costof production as per purtanorm by monitoring through periodical review.
- Modification and Development
- Proper planning and Scheduling for implementation of BLOCK sanctions.
- Skill Development
- To ensure the sub ordinates developments through effective training.
- To guide subordinates in application of problem solving tools in maintenance activities and ensure the availability of machine and equipment for production.
- Quality Management System
- nsure the safe working conditions and practices by meeting the statutory requirements and government rules& regulations.
- Ensure to implement the Total QualityManagement System throughout the organization.
Job Purpose
To achieve the objectives of maintenance activities as per business plan, ensure safe working conditions and practices by meeting statutory requirements; maintain harmonious relationship with all functions; develop and implement short term & long term growth plans for the unit.
