Job description for Maintenance Staff - Head Office at MEVUI BALI
Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of restaurant facilities and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Maintain equipment performance while ensuring health & safety standards are met.
Record maintenance activities and report equipment conditions.
Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs or installations.
Support equipment installation and daily operational maintenance.
Requirement
Minimum SMK/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of maintenance or engineering experience.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently or in a team.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
