Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Oversee daily maintenance operations for equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Lead, train, and supervise maintenance staff and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and optimize resource usage.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
- Handle emergency repairs and ensure quick resolution of breakdowns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience in managing maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Strong knowledge of machinery, equipment systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience in managing maintenance teams, planning schedules, and improving equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to work six days per week.
- Willing to be placed in Majalengka, West Java.
