Requirements
- Minimum SMK (Vocational High School) or equivalent; Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Maintenance, or a related field is preferred
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Maintenance, Engineering, Pool, Garden, or Property Maintenance within the hospitality, villa, hotel, or property industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning (AC), water pumps, generators, swimming pool filtration systems, water treatment, and general building maintenance.
- Experienced in maintaining swimming pools, including water quality testing, chemical balancing, equipment inspection, and routine cleaning.
- Skilled in gardening and landscaping, including maintaining lawns, tropical plants, trees, irrigation systems, and outdoor areas to ensure a clean and attractive environment.
- Able to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and carry out repairs efficiently and safely.
- Able to identify maintenance issues, prioritize tasks, and respond promptly to operational and guest requests.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Willing to work 6 working days per week, including weekends and public holidays when required.
