Job description for Maintenance Department Head at Azhari Global Management
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Department Head to join our client, a well established building material manufacturing company. The position will be based in Cikarang.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 3 years of experience at a managerial level in relevant industries
Experienced in the FMCG, Packaging, or Building Material Manufacturing industry
Well versed with people management and floor management
Proven results in utilizing hands-on management approach
Excellent leadership capabilities
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the implementation of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for maintenance to ensure smooth production operations.
2. Manage the maintenance scheduling of all machines that support the production process, to ensure production operations can run well.
3. Increase productivity at work through innovative improvement programs (SGA, 5R, Kaizen, TPM, etc.) in line with Company regulations / procedures.
