Magang Sales Admin

PT Classic Fine Foods Indonesia, didirikan pada tahun 2007. Kami perusahaan Food Service Delivery yang menyediakan berbagai produk segar, beku, ambient, pastry, dan berbagai produk berkualitas tinggi ke restoran dan hotel terkemuka. Kami bangga menghadirkan pengalaman memasak dan bersantap melalui produk seperti Caviar, Daging Sapi Australia, Keju Italia, Cokelat Grand Cru, Dekorasi Pastry, Jam Gourmet, dan lainnya. Kantor cabang kami di Bali saat ini sedang mencari 1 orang Sales Admin

Kualifikasi

1. Mahasiswa semester akhir

2. Fresh graduate atau yang sudah berpengalaman dipersilahkan melamar

3. Bisa menggunakan Ms Office

4. Bisa berbahasa Inggris standard

5. Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim

6. Teliti dan Bertanggung Jawab

7. Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shifting

8. Siap bergabung secepatnya

9. Masa magang 2 bulan

Job Desc :

Menerima Pesanan dan mencatat pesanan yang masuk dari telepon dan email

Memproses pesanan dengan teliti dan jelas

Mengkonfirmasi pesanan ke pelanggan : jadwal, harga, ketersediaan produk, pengiriman produk, permintaan/persyaratan sampel, dll

Teliti, mampu bekerja sama dengan tim

Mampu mengoperasikan MS. Office

Bersedia bekerja shift dan masuk di hari sabtu.
