Job description for M&E Spesialis at Krealogi
About the Role
YKDA is looking for a passionate and experienced Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist to lead the development and implementation of a robust M&E system across our program areas in Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT).
This role is critical in ensuring that our programs are data-driven, measurable, and continuously improving. You will work closely with field teams, program leads, and management to strengthen learning systems and demonstrate impact—especially in women’s empowerment and sustainable livelihood initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Framework, including indicators, data pathways, and analysis plans
- Design and implement practical M&E tools for field teams (Regional Leads & Officers)
- Ensure timely and high-quality data collection across all program locations
- Build and institutionalize an internal M&E system that is sustainable beyond the project lifecycle
- Provide regular capacity building and mentoring for field staff on monitoring, data quality, documentation, and adaptive learning
- Lead periodic program reviews, progress tracking, and reflection/learning sessions
- Produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and evidence-based summaries for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with M&E standards across all intervention areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, preferably in:
- Community development
- Women’s empowerment
- Coastal or sustainable livelihood programs
- Proven experience in developing:
- M&E frameworks
- Indicators and tools
- Digital or structured M&E systems
- Experience working with field teams in rural or multi-district settings
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and facilitation skills
- Willingness to travel regularly across program areas in NTT
- Experience in decision-making roles within programs or organizations
- Prior experience in similar sectors (NGO/social impact) is highly preferred
