Job description for M&E Specialist at Krealogi
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive Monitoring & Learning Framework, including indicators, data pathways, and analysis plans.
- Design practical M&E tools for field teams (Regional Leads & Officers) and ensure timely data collection across all program sites.
- Build an internal M&E system that can be used sustainably by YKDA beyond this project.
- Provide regular capacity building for field staff on monitoring, data quality, documentation, and adaptive learning.
- Lead periodic program reviews, progress tracking, and learning sessions.
- Produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and evidence summaries for internal use and external stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and consistent application of M&E standards across all intervention districts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, preferably in community development, women’s empowerment, or coastal livelihood programs.
- Strong skills in developing frameworks, indicators, tools, and digital/structured M&E systems.
- Experience working with field teams in rural or multi-district settings.
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation abilities.
- Willingness to travel regularly across YKDA’s intervention areas.
- Preferably in coastal livelihood program, women empowerment, and community development.
- Experience working in decision-making positions within organizations or programs.
