Loss Adjuster Civil Engineering
- Conduct comprehensive investigations of civil engineering and structural damage claims at site locations
- Document findings through photographs, measurements, sketches, and detailed written reports
- Analyse evidence to determine the cause of loss and establish liability in accordance with policy terms
- Prepare detailed and professional loss adjustment reports with accurate cost assessments and recommendations
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in civil engineering, construction, or structural inspection
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and structural engineering
- Proven experience in conducting damage assessments, site investigations, or structural inspections
- Proficiency in using inspection tools, measuring instruments, and technical documentation systems
- Excellent report writing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and professionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Professional certifications in loss adjusting or civil engineering are highly desirable
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to various job sites across the region
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to professional ethics
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously
