Job description for Logistics Staff at PT Greatwall Drilling Asia Pacific

Getting quotation from Seller based on the MR from the operation unit.
Making contract, purchase order and/or service order based on the requirement.
Ensure full particulars or specifications of materials requested meet the requirement.
Track the progress of material procurement.
Sourcing the supplier of drilling parts.
Sourcing the supplier of service related to the drilling operations.
Complete other tasks assigned by Logistic Manager and Management.
Contact with contractors for solving some problems.
