Job description for Logistics Specialist at Sailun Group
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inspecting and transmitting information on imported equipment and raw materials;
- Responsible for tracking the progress of import customs clearance based on the arrival plan of equipment and raw materials by the document controller;
- Responsible for the production of export documents;
- Responsible for daily import and export data statistics;
- Responsible for handling customs declaration exceptions;
- Responsible for liaising with customs.
- Responsible for applying for import quotas, licenses, and commercial inspections;
- Responsible for verifying import quotas and monthly import reports.
Requirements:
- Engaged in professional customs declaration for more than 2 years, requiring rich customs declaration experience and the ability to independently complete import and export customs declaration business;
- Mastering one foreign language, Chinese and English.
- Ability to use office software.
