Job description for Logistics Finance Staff at PT Polyplex Films Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and process daily logistics invoices from transporters.
- Validate logistics billing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare Statements of Account (SOA) and submit them for approval.
- Coordinate with transporters to ensure the timely return of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents after deliveries.
- Monitor Shipping Documents (SJ) and POD return status, and prepare reports on overdue documents.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics invoices and supporting documents.
- Ensure all logistics billing processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and within the required timeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics billing, logistics administration, finance, or a similar role. (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply)
- Familiar with logistics documentation, including invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), Shipping Documents (SJ), and Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately under deadlines.
- Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external transporters.
- Willing to be based in Cikande, Serang – Banten.
