WE ARE HIRING – LOGISTICS & CUSTOMS CLEARANCE STAFF (MANDARIN SPEAKER)
Responsibilities:
• Handle import/export logistics processes and customs clearance activities
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs authorities
• Prepare and manage shipping and customs-related documents
• Monitor shipment schedules and delivery status
• Ensure customs clearance processes run smoothly and comply with regulations
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding logistics operations
• Handle daily administrative tasks related to logistics and import/export activities
Qualifications:
• Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Experienced in logistics and customs clearance field
• Familiar with import/export documentation and customs procedures
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
