About the Role:
Join our team as a Logistic Staff member specializing in export documentation. This role is essential for managing export procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining seamless operations from production to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Export Documentation: Prepare and verify documents such as invoices, packing lists, V-Legal documents, PEB, BL, and fumigation reports.
- Container and Shipping Management: Coordinate container booking, cargo shipping, and ensure proper loading and protection of goods during transportation.
- Compliance and Reporting: Handle regulatory requirements, including SVLK, TSCA, COO/DAB, and ensure all documentation is submitted on time. Generate weekly, monthly, and delivery status reports.
- Packing Area Oversight: Manage packing material stock, monitor packaging standards, and oversee goods transportation.
- Local Projects: Collaborate with project leaders to plan deliveries, manage manpower, and resolve on-site challenges.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with export documentation and logistics operations.
- Proficient in handling compliance requirements and international shipping processes.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in logistics or a related field is a plus.
