Job description for Logistic Import Staff at PT Baosteel Indonesia Steel Service Center
Responsibilities:
- Checking and Input the Production update data from Mills in China on IMC System.
- Input the Production update and reconciliation to the Import Quota Data for daily checking.
- Checking Quota Import data and reconciliation with the surveyor website.
- Submission Monthly Item from PIB to surveyor website for Quota Import in INSW.
- Submission Extension Quota Import for Steels in SIINAS and INSW.
- Submission Re-New Quota Import for steels in SIINAS and INSW.
- Submission Triwulan delivery and Job-Work in SIINAS.
- Confirm the List Invoice that want to Shipping to after checking the Quota qty.
- Confirm the BL Instruction for Shipment.
- Checking Commercial Invoice, Packing List, MTC (Mill Test Certificate and Weight List)
- Propose Verification Order to Surveyor Team for Inspection.
- Process Payment for Logistic supplier (Forwarding, Inspection and Trucking).
- Understand the process for applying for approval of steel import quotas (Persetujuan Import)
Qualification:
- Male/Female
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistic Management, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field).
- At least 2 years of experience in steel manufacturing
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking
- Able to work in a dynamic team environment and fast-pace work demand
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication verbal and correspondences in English
