Job description for Logistic & Export Import Staff at EPL GROUP

Job Description

1. Integrate and manage trucking, transportation and port logistics resources across all Indonesia ports, optimize logistics cost and delivery efficiency.

2. Handle shipping booking, vessel schedule arrangement, cut-off document arrangement and follow up all shipping procedures.

3. Prepare, check and submit export customs documents, monitor customs clearance, solve inspection and customs abnormal issues.

4. Communicate and coordinate with shipping lines, customs, port authorities and local vendors to ensure smooth export operation.

5. Optimize logistics & customs process, maintain daily working records and improve overall operational stability.

6. Handle all documents for export / import process

7. Making PEB/PIB and documents related to export-import

Requirements

1. Fluent in English (spoken & written) for daily business communication,Mandarin preferrable.

2. Experienced in export logistics, shipping booking and customs clearance in Indonesia.

3. Customs Declaration Certificate holder is highly preferred.

4. Strong resource integration ability, Having Negotiation Skill and problem-solving capability.

5. Responsible, able to work under pressure and support cross-region port business.

6. Preferably have PPJK certificate
