As a Logistic Specialist & Exim Mandarin, you will be responsible for managing goods distribution, coordinating with related parties, and ensuring compliance with logistics standards. Your main responsibilities include managing inventory, preparing shipment plans, communicating with business partners in Mandarin, and ensuring that all logistics and export-import documents are complete and accurate. You will also collaborate with the operations team to improve the efficiency of logistics processes.
We are looking for candidates with a Diploma degree or equivalent, with at least 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field. Candidates should possess skills in Distribution Logistics, Inventory Management, basic to intermediate Mandarin proficiency, and the ability to operate Microsoft Office. We value candidates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills as key competencies.
