Job description for LMS Specialist at PT Pagaden Global Teknologi
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company’s LMS, including system configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Upload, organize, and manage learning content such as videos, quizzes, and e-learning modules.
- Ensure an optimal user experience by providing technical support to trainers, learners, and internal teams.
- Generate reports and analyze LMS data, including course completion rates and learning effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers to ensure content aligns with learning standards.
- Develop guidelines and training materials for LMS users, including learners and internal teams.
- Manage user access, course enrollments, and learning program structures within the LMS.
- Ensure the LMS remains secure, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Immediate hiring – this position is needed urgently.
- Minimum Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as an LMS Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms such as Moodle, TalentLMS, Blackboard, or similar systems.
- Ability to manage and optimize the user experience within an LMS.
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning formats (preferred).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to interpret LMS data.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong communication skills.
- Project Based (3 month contract)
- This position offers two shifts:
- Morning shift (Work from Office - WFO) in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
- Night shift (Remote Work).
