Menangani pertanyaan dan kendala pelanggan LMS, melakukan troubleshooting dasar, membuat tiket eskalasi, melakukan follow-up, serta mencatat dan melaporkan aktivitas layanan.
Kualifikasi:
Minimal D3, memiliki pengalaman sebagai CS Engineer, memahami fiber optic, OLT, ONT, dan GPON, berpengalaman menangani customer corporate, serta bersedia bekerja secara shifting 24/7.
