Job description for Livestreaming Producer at PT. Inflow Park International

Bertanggung jawab atas kelancaran operasional siaran langsung dari hulu ke hilir. Posisi ini menggabungkan kemampuan teknis (IT & Audio-Visual) dengan komunikasi (Public Speaking). Anda akan mengoperasikan software streaming di belakang layar, sekaligus menjadi pengisi suara (MC/DJ) untuk berinteraksi dengan audiens dan menjaga energi acara tetap tinggi.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

A. Teknis & Operasional (Belakang Layar)

• Stream Management: Mengoperasikan OBS Studio / TikTok Live Studio (atur scene, transisi, dan overlay gift).

• Audio Engineering: Mengontrol mixer/soundcard agar suara musik dan mic MC seimbang dan jernih.

• Hardware & Assets: Menyiapkan kamera, lighting, kabel, internet, serta aset gambar/video sebelum live.

• Troubleshooting: Menangani kendala teknis (lag, kamera mati, suara hilang) dengan cepat saat siaran.

B. On-Air & Interaksi (MC / Hype Man)

• Crowd Control: Menjadi pemandu acara lewat suara (voice-over) untuk menyapa audiens dan membaca komentar.

• Gifter Appreciation: Mengucapkan terima kasih secara antusias dan real-time kepada penonton yang memberi gift.

• Music Director (DJ): Mengatur playlist lagu viral untuk menjaga mood penonton dan mengiringi penari.

• Show Directing & Traffic: Memberi aba-aba (cue) ke penari serta mengajak penonton tap-tap layar dan share live.

Kualifikasi (Requirements)

• Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (Jurusan Multimedia, Broadcasting, atau IT lebih disukai).

• Keahlian Teknis (Wajib): Menguasai OBS Studio, paham dasar Audio Mixing (Gain, Fader), dan familiar dengan hardware komputer/kamera.

• Keahlian Komunikasi (Wajib): Suara lantang dan berkarakter (announcer style), percaya diri, cerewet, serta mampu multitasking.

• Update dengan lagu viral di TikTok dan bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift (termasuk malam/akhir pekan).
