Job Description:

The live streaming operations specialist is responsible for real-time monitoring, management and optimization of various operations and activities involved in the live stream process to ensure the smooth progress of the live stream, support the interaction between the host and the audience, and improve the live streaming effect and audience experience.

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in spoken, written, and reading English is required (Chinese is a plus)
Have 1-3 years of experience in live broadcast operation or central control, and be familiar with the operation process of TIKTOK platform
College degree or above, major in media, marketing, e-commerce, etc. is preferred
Be familiar with the operation of live broadcast equipment and the handling of common technical problems; have strong emergency handling capabilities and be able to calmly deal with emergencies during live broadcasts
Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate with anchors, technical teams, content teams, etc.
Data analysis ability, able to analyze and optimize live broadcast effects based on data
Be sensitive to hot topics, understand the interests and preferences of the target group, and be able to adjust the live broadcast content in real time
Careful, responsible, able to withstand greater work pressure, and adapt to the rhythm and time requirements of live broadcast
