Job Description:

Live Streaming: Mempersiapkan teknis & materi, membawakan sesi live shopping, berinteraksi aktif dengan audiens, dan menerapkan strategi interaktif untuk meningkatkan engagement.
Content Creation: Riset tren/referensi, merekam & mengedit video produk (menambahkan teks, musik, elemen menarik), serta memposting konten di Shopee dengan caption, hashtag, dan timing yang optimal.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK Sederajat.
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Live Streamer, Content Creator, atau Host Live Shopping (pengalaman di Shopee Live / TikTok Shop menjadi nilai plus).
Percaya diri, komunikatif, dan berpenampilan menarik di depan kamera.
Menguasai teknik live streaming, dasar alat (kamera, lighting, mic), serta fitur/algoritma Shopee (Voucher, Flash Sale, dll.).
Mahir menggunakan aplikasi video editing (CapCut, VN, dsb.) serta menguasai teknik storytelling & soft selling.
Responsif, disiplin waktu, adaptif, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan/target.
Bersedia mengikuti jadwal live (termasuk mega campaign seperti 11.11, 12.12) dan berkoordinasi dengan tim internal.
