A. Livestream (CORE JOB)
• Go live according to schedule
• Present products clearly & confidently
• Answer customer questions in real-time
• Push conversion (voucher, urgency, CTA)
• Maintain energy & professionalism
• Help on either sales admin / content support
(During & After Live)
• Reply chat & DM from live session
B. Content Support
• Appear in short videos (OOTD, try-on, behind-the-scenes)
• Assist content team with simple scripts
• Save live highlights for reuse
