Job Responsibilities:
- Execute daily livestream operational plans prepared by the PIC.
- Coordinate hosts, products, and campaign execution before and during livestreams.
- Prepare and organize livestream assets, props, and product availability.
- Follow up and ensure operational tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain livestream documentation, trackers, and SOP compliance.
- Support cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Must not be currently enrolled in a college program.
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong execution and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in e-commerce, livestream, or operations is a plus.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required. (A MUST, specially when campaign day, in a month can be 1-2 days only)
