What You'll Do
As our Livestream Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring every livestream runs smoothly—from planning and coordination to performance analysis. You'll work closely with hosts, creators, and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging livestream sessions that boost both brand awareness and sales.
Your responsibilities include:
- Plan and coordinate daily livestream sessions across TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other relevant platforms.
- Work closely with livestream hosts, creators, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare livestream schedules, product lineups, promotional mechanics, and host briefing materials.
- Monitor livestream performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and sales.
- Stay up to date with the latest livestream, e-commerce, and social media trends to keep our content fresh and competitive.
You'd be a great fit if you:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in Livestream Operations, Livestream Management, or a related role.
- Are familiar with TikTok Shop Live, Shopee Live, and other livestream platforms.
- Have strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple livestream schedules and campaigns at the same time.
- Have a genuine interest in beauty, e-commerce, and social media trends.
- Are available to work full-time from our South Jakarta office (WFO).
