Job description for Livestream operator at T&T Creative

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Operator Live Streaming bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan jalannya siaran live berjalan lancar, menarik, dan sesuai target performa yang telah ditentukan.

Tanggung Jawab:

Mengoperasikan dan mengontrol jalannya live streaming (TikTok, Shopee, dll)

Membantu host selama live (briefing, arahan konten, flow live)

Mengatur produk yang akan ditampilkan (pin produk, urutan produk)

Memantau performa live (viewers, engagement, GMV, dll)

Memberikan arahan real-time ke host untuk meningkatkan interaksi dan penjualan

Menangani kendala teknis saat live berlangsung

Koordinasi dengan tim (host, admin, gudang, dll)

Membuat report hasil live setelah sesi selesai

Kualifikasi:

Minimal SMA/SMK (lebih disukai berpengalaman di live streaming / e-commerce)

Memahami platform live streaming (TikTok Live, Shopee Live)

Cepat tanggap dan bisa multitasking

Komunikatif dan bisa kerja dalam tim

Siap bekerja dengan sistem shift

Memiliki basic analisa data (nilai plus)

Skill yang Dibutuhkan:

Pengoperasian dashboard live streaming

Basic troubleshooting teknis

Analisa performa live (CTR, conversion, dll)

Komunikasi dan problem solving

Target/KPI:

Meningkatkan jumlah viewers & engagement
