We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Livestream Operator to support our livestream sessions, ensure smooth operations, and help maximize livestream performance. 💖
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be responsible for managing the technical and operational aspects of Judydoll’s livestream sessions. Working closely with the host and marketing team, you’ll ensure smooth livestream execution, monitor performance, and support an engaging shopping experience that drives sales. ✨
🎥 Your day-to-day includes:
- Operate and monitor livestream sessions on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other platforms
- Set up and manage livestream equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio, and streaming tools
- Monitor livestream quality and troubleshoot technical issues in real time
- Assist the host with product displays, promotional information, and livestream flow
- Monitor livestream performance, audience engagement, and sales metrics
- Coordinate with the host and marketing team to ensure smooth execution of livestream campaigns

- Have a strong interest in livestream operations, e-commerce, and the beauty industry
- Are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Have good communication and coordination skills
- Are familiar with livestream platforms such as TikTok Shop or Shopee Live
- Have experience in livestream operations, e-commerce, or a similar role (preferred)
- Are comfortable working with livestream equipment and troubleshooting technical issues
- Are willing to work flexible shifts based on the livestream schedule
