We are looking for a creative and driven Livestream Operations Manager to lead and manage our livestream operations while driving sales and engagement.

As our Livestream Operations Manager, you will:

Manage Operations: Oversee day-to-day TikTok live streaming operations.

Strategize Campaigns: Explore and launch innovative livestream campaigns and strategies.

Assist During Live Streams: Support hosts by replying to comments, creating a lively atmosphere, managing product displays, setting up flash sales, and more.

Analyze Data: Track and analyze performance metrics to make data-driven optimization decisions, including product selection and live stream planning.

Develop Strategies: Plan to meet and exceed sales targets through engaging content.

Plan and Organize: Schedule livestream events, including content and format.

Lead Teams: Manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders for content production, script optimization, and host training.

Coordinate and Execute: Work across departments to ensure smooth livestream events.

Evaluate and Improve: Continuously refine content strategies and analyze proposals.

Promote Events: Leverage social media to attract viewers and increase participation.

Achieve Sales Targets: Work with monthly GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) targets set by the company, ensuring consistent growth and performance through livestreaming.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Broadcasting, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in e-commerce digital live streaming, social media operations, or event management.

Familiarity with TikTok Live Dashboard and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

Strong understanding of sales targets and livestream engagement. 

Proficiency in live streaming platforms and tools. 

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. 

Creativity and a flair for brainstorming new ideas. 

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
