Job description for Livestream Operation Associate at Ecomobi PTE
Job description :
- In charge of recruiting Idols via social networks, personal networks, and other applications
- Operational management and sales promotion including the following tasks:
+ Make and confirm schedules and livestream schedules with Idols
+ Remind Idols to livestream on schedule every day
+ Find PK matches/PK teams for Idol
+ Search, exploit and take care of users inside and outside the livestream
+ Support training for Idols, fan retention,...
- Support company event setup, support Idols to participate in domestic and foreign events of the company and Tiktok
- Regularly update the Painpoint Idol questionnaire
- Hold internal meetings and report back daily/weekly to superiors
Job requirements :
- Priority for Idol experience
- Knowledge of English and Chinese is preferred
- Prioritize having a good network in the entertainment livestream industry
- Have leadership qualities, coordinate teams, and connect teams
- Guaranteed working hours (Can work overtime and holidays to manage Idols)
- Be responsible at work (Monitor KPI progress, update and report work, provide solutions,...)
- Priority is given to being able to handle personnel crises to avoid affecting the company
- Honesty and transparency in work
