Role Description
The Livestream Host Lead is responsible for leading and developing the livestream host team to ensure consistent, engaging, and high-quality livestream performances that align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the livestream host team to deliver consistent, high-quality performance.
- Oversee host scheduling and ensure talent readiness for livestream projects.
- Coach and develop hosts to improve presentation skills, product knowledge, and audience engagement.
- Monitor host performance and provide regular feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop livestream scripts, talking points, and communication guidelines aligned with campaign objectives.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, livestream SOPs, and content standards.
- Collaborate with Producers and Operations to support successful livestream execution.
- Manage host performance records, training documentation, and development plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Broadcasting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Livestream Host, Host Lead, Talent Coordinator, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of livestream operations, social commerce, and audience engagement strategies.
- Experienced in coaching, mentoring, and developing host performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays during peak campaign periods.
