Requirements:

Min. D3/S1 semua jurusan
Diutamakan dari jurusan Marketing, Komunikasi, Broadcasting, atau Bisnis
Min. 1–3 tahun di bidang live streaming, e-commerce, atau digital marketing
Pernah mengelola tim (host, operator, admin)
Berpengalaman di platform seperti TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Tokopedia Live, Instagram Live
Memiliki track record pencapaian target penjualan lewat live

Job Descriptions:

Perencanaan & Strategi
Merancang konsep dan jadwal konten live streaming
Menentukan target audiens dan strategi engagement
Menyusun KPI dan target penjualan/penonton per sesi live

Supervisi Tim

Memimpin dan mengkoordinasi host, co-host, dan operator teknis
Memberikan briefing sebelum sesi live dimulai
Melakukan coaching dan evaluasi performa tim

Operasional Live

Memastikan kualitas audio, video, dan koneksi internet stabil
Mengawasi jalannya sesi live secara real-time
Menangani kendala teknis atau situasi darurat saat live

Konten & Produk

Mengatur urutan produk yang akan ditampilkan
Memastikan informasi produk akurat (harga, promo, stok)
Berkoordinasi dengan tim marketing soal campaign dan promosi

Analisis & Pelaporan

Memantau metrics: viewers, engagement rate, konversi penjualan
Membuat laporan performa pasca-live
Memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk sesi berikutnya
