Job Description
We are looking for a Live Streaming Leader to lead and manage our live streaming team, ensuring high-quality broadcasts and achieving business targets. This role is responsible for supervising hosts and operators, optimizing live performance, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the live streaming team.
- Supervise, coach, and develop live streaming hosts.
- Monitor live streaming performance and ensure KPIs are achieved.
- Plan live streaming schedules, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Analyze live performance data and provide improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with the Operations and E-commerce teams to maximize sales performance.
- Ensure all live streaming activities follow company standards and platform policies.
- Train, and evaluate new live streaming talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in live streaming, e-commerce, or digital operations.
- At least 1 year of leadership or team management experience.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other live commerce platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
