About the Role
We are looking for a Livestream Operation Specialist to manage and optimize TikTok Shop & Shopee livestream operations. You will be responsible for planning campaigns, supporting livestream hosts, optimizing traffic and conversion, and driving sales growth through data-driven strategies.

Working Arrangement
- Full-time (PKWTT)
- Work From Office (West Jakarta)
- 8–10 working hours per day
- Willing to support evening livestream sessions
- Flexible to work overtime during major campaigns, promotional events, and mega sale periods
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Livestream Operator, TikTok Shop, Shopee, E-commerce Operations, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop & Shopee livestream ecosystems.
- Experience in livestream planning, campaign execution, traffic acquisition, and conversion optimization.
- Familiar with TikTok Live Dashboard, Seller Center, Shopee Seller Centre, and related livestream tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a KPI-driven environment.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and major campaign periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily TikTok Shop & Shopee livestream operations.
- Plan livestream promotional campaigns, and sales strategies.
- Coordinate with livestream hosts, KOLs, affiliates, creators, and cross-functional teams.
- Configure products, vouchers, Flash Sales, bundles, and promotional mechanics before each livestream.
- Monitor livestream performance in real time and optimize traffic acquisition, engagement, conversion, and GMV.
- Support hosts during livestream sessions, including product switching, comment moderation, promotion reminders, and live room operations.
- Analyze livestream performance, prepare reports, and conduct post-livestream reviews to improve scripts, product assortment, promotional strategies, and SOPs.
- Stay updated on TikTok Shop & Shopee platform features, algorithms, livestream trends, and campaign opportunities.
- Collaborate with Content, Marketing, and Short Video teams to maximize livestream traffic, conversion, and campaign performance.
- Support major campaigns, including Double Date, Payday, Flash Sale, and Brand Campaigns.
- Ensure livestream operations consistently achieve business KPIs and sales targets.
