Live Streaming Manager

We are currently building our live streaming team and seeking a talented and passionate Live Streaming Manager to lead the charge. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our live streaming operations, from planning and production to distribution and audience engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative live streaming strategies that drive viewership, audience growth, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive live streaming strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan, produce, and execute high-quality live streams across various platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, Facebook Live, etc.).
• Manage all aspects of live streaming production, including:

1. Pre-production:

• Content planning and scheduling
• Talent selection and booking
• Technical setup and testing
• Marketing and promotion

2. Production:

• Live stream operations and technical direction
• On-air talent coordination
• Audience engagement and moderation

3. Post-production:

• Content analysis and reporting
• Archive and repurposing of content

• Build and maintain strong relationships with live streaming platforms and industry partners.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest live streaming technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Analyze live stream performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage a team of live stream producers and technicians (if applicable).
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to maximize the impact of live streaming initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in live streaming production and management 2 years.
• Strong understanding of live streaming platforms and technologies.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Creative and innovative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for live streaming and a strong understanding of online video trends.
• Experience with OBS Studio, social media management tools.
• Willing to relocate to Bali.
