As a Real Estate Live Streamer, you will be the digital face of our housing products, responsible for engaging potential buyers through interactive live-streaming sessions. Your primary goal is to showcase our properties, build trust with the audience, and drive sales through compelling presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host engaging and interactive live-streaming sessions on various social media platforms to promote housing and real estate products.
- Interact directly with the audience, answering questions in real-time, and building rapport with potential buyers.
- Clearly and persuasively explain property features, specifications, pricing, and current promotional offers.
- Continuously study and master product knowledge to provide accurate and confident answers during broadcasts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live-stream content with current campaigns and sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Must have an attractive, be highly presentable, and always well-groomed on camera.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a highly persuasive and confident speaking style.
- Product Mastery: Quick learner with the ability to deeply understand and memorize real estate product details and specifications.
- Availability: Must be highly flexible and willing to work on rolling shifts, including night shifts for evening broadcasts.
- Experience (Optional but preferred): Previous experience in live streaming, broadcasting, sales, or the real estate industry is a plus.
