JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead, monitor, and evaluate the host’s performance in the day-to-day operation
- Responsible for the daily operation of Ecommerce livestream including the concept, preparation and coordination before livestream, design live marketing rules, planning live script, marketing words, etc
- Arrange host schedule and make sure live streaming runs routinely and smoothly
- Identify and keep abreast of the latest streaming tools and interactive trends and best practices
- Pitch in creative and executable ideas on developing strategic planning to increase the live stream quality & sales
- Conduct training with new and existing hosts/operators
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in communication, marketing, advertising, or relevant study
- Proven experience as a live stream lead or coordinator
- Fast learner with a can-do attitude, tech-savvy, good-looking, and enthusiastic team player
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and highly organized
- Understand and be able to analyze livestream dashboards
- Willing to work on weekends or public holidays (still there are holidays)
- Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang
