About the Role
We are looking for a Live Stream Specialist to lead engaging live sessions, develop creative selling strategies, and grow our live commerce performance across marketplace platforms.
What You'll Do
• Lead 1 live session per day and manage the technical setup independently
• Create live strategies, from session themes and product line-ups to hooks, rundown, promotions, and sales targets
• Build engaging sessions through strong presentation and product knowledge, with a focus beyond price-driven selling
• Plan and manage live schedules to keep sessions running consistently
• Lead live operations and coordinate product, materials, studio setup, and pre/post-live preparation
• Track and analyze live performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Develop live streaming SOPs and contribute to team development
• Stay updated with marketplace policies and ensure live sessions comply with platform guidelines
Requirements
• 1–2 years of live selling experience on TikTok Shop and/or Shopee Live with proven sales performance
• Confident communicator with strong and consistent on-camera presence
• Able to run live sessions independently without an operator
• Familiar with marketplace live features, campaigns, and basic performance metrics
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
• Willing to work during prime time, including weekends
