Live stream Operation Leader

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for daily management, shift scheduling and work allocation of the live support team.
2. Oversee daily live streaming execution on platforms including TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.
3. Verify product SKUs, sizes, colors, inventory, prices, vouchers, bundles and product links before live sessions.
4. Brief hosts on product selling points, fabric, cut, size recommendations, promotion rules and live streaming workflow.
5. Operate product listing/unlisting, pinning products, vouchers, flash sales and the OBS live streaming system.
6. Monitor live metrics in real time, including traffic, viewers, click rate, conversion rate, GMV, hourly GMV and average order value.
7. Remind hosts to adjust product introduction, promotion rhythm and sales pitches based on real-time data.
8. Ensure the lighting, cameras, audio, background, display and model presentation in the live room comply with brand standards.
9. Record and evaluate the performance of hosts and floor controllers, and provide training and improvement suggestions.
10. Make sure hosts accurately introduce fabric, colors, sizes and wearing effects to reduce wrong purchases and return rates.
11. Prepare daily and weekly live streaming data reports and propose optimization recommendations.
12. Coordinate with e-commerce, warehouse, customer service, content and marketing teams.
13. Ensure live content complies with company SOPs and platform regulations.
14. Support live campaigns for Payday, monthly big sales, weekends and holidays.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Preferred Female.
2. Minimum education: Associate Degree (D4) or Bachelor's Degree (S1).SMA/SMK is considered also as long experienced.
3. Fluent in English is a must.
4. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in live streaming operations, e-commerce operations, or digital commerce, with leadership experience.
5. Proven experience managing multiple live streaming rooms and multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
6. Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other live commerce platforms, including traffic strategies, conversion optimization, and sales performance.
7. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret live performance data and implement improvement strategies.
9. Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
10. Capable of handling multiple priorities and solving operational issues under pressure.
11. Willing to work in 2 rotating shifts (Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
12. Willing to work on weekend rotations, including public holidays.
