About the Role
We are looking for a Live Stream Admin Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our live streaming activities. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating with hosts and internal teams, monitoring live sessions, and ensuring all administrative and operational requirements are properly handled.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update daily live streaming schedules and activities.
- Coordinate with hosts, creators, and internal teams regarding live sessions.
- Monitor live streaming activities and ensure schedules run smoothly.
- Prepare and maintain administrative documents, databases, and reports.
- Track live stream performance and operational data.
- Follow up on issues or requirements related to live streaming activities.
- Support the team in campaign preparation and execution.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 in any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in live streaming, e-commerce, social media, or administration is a plus.
- Familiar with TikTok, TikTok Shop, or other live commerce platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work with flexible schedules when required by live streaming operations.
