Job description for Live Host at PT. LILA SEHAT TEKNOLOGI MEDIS
Responsibilities:
- Host live streaming sessions on TikTok and Shopee in an engaging and professional manner.
- Present and demonstrate products clearly to drive audience interest and sales.
- Actively engage with viewers through live interactions, responding to questions and providing product recommendations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Encourage audience participation and conversion through persuasive communication techniques.
- Follow campaign guidelines, scripts, and promotional strategies during live sessions.
- Collaborate with the operations and content team to optimize livestream performance.
- Provide feedback and insights on audience behavior and product performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum High School/Vocational School or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 months - 6 months of experience as a Live Host, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Confident, expressive, and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Passionate about beauty with good product knowledge.
- Energetic, proactive, and able to engage audiences effectively.
- Experience as an MC, announcer, or content creator is a plus.
- Willing to work on-site (WFO) with a shifting schedule.
