Job Description
Host live streaming sessions to promote beauty and cosmetic products
Explain product features, benefits, and usage in an engaging and persuasive way
Demonstrate products live (makeup or skincare application)
Provide product recommendations based on audience needs and skin types
Actively interact with viewers (respond to comments, answer questions, etc.)
Drive engagement, increase viewers, and boost sales during live sessions
Prepare live content plans, scripts, and run-downs before going live
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Stay updated with beauty trends and incorporate them into live content
Evaluate live performance (sales, engagement, and viewership metrics)
Support short-form content creation (e.g., TikTok, Reels) if needed
Requirements
Minimum education: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera
Strong communication and public speaking skills
Basic knowledge of makeup and skincare
Experience as a live host or beauty content creator is a plus
Ability to perform basic to intermediate makeup application (preferred)
Energetic, expressive, and engaging personality
Up-to-date with beauty trends and social media platforms
Familiar with live streaming platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, etc.)
Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Able to work independently and in a team
Proficiency in English is a plus
