Job description for Live Coordinator at 3mongkis
Responsibilities:
- Plan and curate products, collections and promotions on livestream to optimize attraction and sales.
- Ensure live shopping, runs well, including making live schedules, host schedules, and other live operations.
- Help analyze traffic, sales metrics, and livestream customer behavior to be able to make data-based decisions and improvements.
- Help plan and run sales promo and strategy on livestream to increase sales.
- Prepare regular reports regarding livestream sales including strategies and improvement suggestions.
- Help handle other e-commerce operations and strategies according to the needs and direction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or any related fiels.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably from fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of live shopping operations, analytics, and strategy.
- Sales oriented with excellent communication and able to solve problems quickly.
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
