Requirement:

- Minimal SMA/SMK, D3/S1 lebih disukai. Fresh Graduate are welcome

- Memahami sistem live di Shopee, TikTok Shop, dan Tokopedia.

- Menyusun jadwal live harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.

- Mengatur dan mengoordinasikan host live streaming.

- Memastikan seluruh kebutuhan live siap sebelum siaran (produk, stok, promo, script, voucher, dan equipment).

- Monitoring performa live secara real-time.

- Berkolaborasi dengan tim marketplace, affiliate, dan marketing terkait campaign yang berjalan.

- Mengidentifikasi tren serta kompetitor untuk meningkatkan performa live.

- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

- Memastikan target penjualan live tercapai.

- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan deadline.
