Job description for Live Commerce Specialist at PT. Otten Coffee Indonesia
Job Description
1. Plan and execute live commerce campaigns across Otten Coffee’s e-commerce platforms, including
campaign concepts, themes, promotions, vouchers, bundles, and product focus.
2. Develop live session plans, scripts, rundowns, and product storytelling to create engaging sessions and
maximize sales performance.
3. Manage product selection and preparation for live sessions, including coordinating product availability
and product borrowing from Otten Coffee stores.
4. Manage live streaming production and operations, including OBS, live scenes, overlays, backgrounds,
banners, and other supporting assets.
5. Coordinate and manage live hosts, internal live staff, and freelance streamers, including scheduling,
briefing, and performance evaluation.
6. Coordinate with MCNs, creators, and affiliate partners to support live commerce campaigns and drive
additional sales.
7. Create and edit supporting content assets such as thumbnails, promotional images, overlays,
backgrounds, and short videos for live commerce activities.
8. Monitor and analyze live commerce performance, including GMV, orders, conversion rate, viewers,
engagement, and product performance.
9.. Evaluate performance of live sessions, products, hosts, streamers, and campaigns, and provide
actionable recommendations for improvement.
10. Develop and optimize live commerce strategies based on sales data, customer behavior, campaign
results, and market trends.
11. Coordinate cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Marketing, Product, Creative, Store, and other relevant
teams to ensure smooth live commerce execution.
12. Develop and improve live commerce SOPs, workflows, and operational processes to improve efficiency,
consistency, and overall live commerce performance.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in live commerce, e-commerce, digital marketing, social commerce,
or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or similar live commerce platforms.
• Familiar with OBS and live streaming production, including basic setup, scenes, overlays, and live
operation.
• Experience managing or coordinating hosts, streamers, freelancers, MCN, KOL, or affiliate partners.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce campaigns, promotional mechanics, product merchandising,
and live commerce performance metrics.
• Creative, organized, data-driven, and strong in communication, coordination, and problem-solving in a
fast-paced environment
